This Bircher Muesli recipe can be doubled, tripled, or quadrupled, and is excellent for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
1/2 cup organic oats

a little shy of 1 cup heavy cream, almond milk, water, or a combination thereof
1 or 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice (optional)
Pour liquid over oats, cover, and allow to soak in the refrigerator overnight.
